No I'm sorry I haven't made a physical version yet.
I just downloaded the encyclopedia,you did a GREAT JOB! I love it. I'll probably print it for me and a couple of friends in a physical version with the MD box size, It's a problem If I'll change the cover illustration? I've got another idea, but keeping the title and I think I'll add your name (as each real printed book)
yes you can print it off course. I think it is a cool idea to keep it the same size as a MD cover :) hopefully the pictures and text won´t be too small.
Can you be able to release a collection of cheat codes of all systems, just remind that, gamefaqs cheat codes are not completed, you can find books in russian in pdf with more stuff inside. http://tv-games.ru/media/view/megadrive.html and https://sdgames.ru/sega_books.php and it have more systems too in the first link.

I am not sure what you mean. This PDF will always be free, so you don't have to worry that it would be a paid download at some time :)

No, not this one. But you can print the PDF yourself. Just find a place online that print books from PDFs and use them :)
